Toads are making holes under the concrete steps and landing. What to do?

I was wondering if these holes are very deep, they seem to go under the steps and the landing in the front of my house. There are three holes and it seems there are numerous toads coming out from all of them. Will these holes undermine the concrete step? I know the toads are harmless, but worried that these holes can cause damage. Any suggestions????? Or just leave alone???

they are ‘hiding holes’… moist and cool during the day’s hot sun..(they might leave, too, if there wasn’t moisture there…is the area being watered?)….. you could make ‘toad houses’ of flower pots in the shade and they might move there….scroll down on this page…

I’d just leave them alone, I doubt the holes are very deep and they shouldn’t cause any harm.
