    if anything i could see syd barrett touching on something like this, lyrically, and the rest of the band contributing from there.

    barrett had such a vision for whimsical things, im sad he didnt work on anymore stuff with pink floyd besides Piper, and then that one song on Saucer

    I think you’d be better going for some of the final cut, (possibly fletcher memorial) stuff for comparison, as well as some of the sections from the rally and of course the trial, although im not sure whether he sang/acted the trial, i’m sure he didn’t for the live versions.
