What kind of Toad/Frog is this?

I found this frog/Toad at my house and i was wondering what kind is it and what does it eat and where would it live? What’s the Habitat of it?
Is it dangerous? It is right now next to my fish pond.

I live in SW Kansas

Thanks!

The others are correct, it is a Woodhouse’s Toad.
They eat small insects and other invertebrates. They live in many types of prairie habitat.
They are not dangerous. Please don’t kill it.

Judging by the pictures I would guess that it’s either Woodhouse’s Toad (Bufo woohousii) or possibly an American Toad (although their range is usually farther east). It is probably trying to breed at your pond and is not dangerous. I can’t see all of its features in your photos so it’s hard to be sure, so compare it with my sources to be sure. I’ve kept American Toads before and they have spotted bellies, while Woodhouse’s Toad does not.
