what creature lay clumps of yellow tiny eggs?

under a toad house there have been a toad just sitting there for a couple of days. Now I find these little tiny yellow balls all in a clump. Will the eggs be ok since it’s the fall season,should they be covered up before winter.

They will hatch in less than a week.
