Is it true that giving a cigarette to a toad (or a frog), it will swallow smoke untill it explodes?

(sorry for my english)
I asked this question on italian Answers, but I didn’t have any convincing answers.
So I hope to get some serious news by international users :)
So people, tell me: do you know something about this stuff?
Is it just a urban legend, or is it true? And if it’s true: why does it happens?
Danny: in english, please.

No. The cigarettte doesn’t pump out smoke with any force. The lack of oxygen would just kill the fire with no problem.

Don’t be silly – even frogs know that smoking is bad for them.

It is a theory; but i don’t know if it has been already demonstrated.
In brief, this theory says that if u put a cigarette in a frog’s mouth, the frog will smoke with no pauses because of its particular respiratory system… in fact, since expiration of frog is realized through skin perspiration and since its skin membrane doesn’t allows expired smoke to go out, the frog will pump, because of not expiration, up to explode.
    We want try????

No. When the heat of the cigarette hits their mouth they spit it out. I’ve actually seen one grab a cigarette my mother threw down and as soon as it closed its mouth it opened up and spat out the cigarette.

My evil brothers used to stick lit firecrackers in their mouths and blow them up. Some people are just cruel.
