i have a daylight sunglo by exo terra is this good for a europein green toad and a green tree frog?

i have daylight sun glo bulbs for my eropein green toad terrioum and my green tree frog terraioum are these lights good for them i have them on 12 hours a day = 12 hours light 12 hours dark

You don’t say what wattage those bulbs are, but I use that brand with my snakes. Green tree frogs don’t really need light. They need heat. Use an under the tank heating pad and a 25-50 watt light for night (if you want to watch it easier) and you should be good to go.
