We have frogs and tadpoles we got from a little pond and we don’t know what to feed them. Any help?
Well for tadpoles you can feed them spinach, lettuce, carrots, apple peels, you can also feed sucker fish saucers, or any planty food, but some may be toxic to the tadpole, also first boil the the lettuce, spinach, etc. But not the saucers. For the frog you can feed it, fruit fly buy it from the stores, do not capture them it can have dieseas that can harm or kill your frog.Feed it when the frog tail is totally inside. Also feed it meallworms, crickets small, meadium or large as it gets bigger.

Sure, I remember raising tadpoles when I was little <3.
((+Tadpole raising guide:
+The Container:
The ideal place to raise a tadpole is in a small pond outside that mimics wild conditions, they will also get the sunlight they will need this way.
If your raising them indoors, be sure to get a good sized aquarium tank. Tadpoles like shallow waters so keep it relatively shallow wile they have plenty of room to move freely. You also will want to put gravel/rocks at the bottom of your tank and keep one half of it sunny, and the other cool and shady. As they mature your going to have to place in the tank something that they can climb on top of and use as land, a partially submerged rock for example. Aquatic plants will also help provide oxygen and hiding places for tadpoles.
+Water:
"Use only dechlorinated fresh water; let it stand in the sun for a few days to let all the chlorine dissipate, or treat with dechlorination drops as for aquariums. Tadpoles are extremely sensitive to the presence of chlorine and heavy metals."
In order to keep the water in the correct condition in smaller containers you will need to regularly replace it. To do this, scoop out a third of the water and replace it with fresh dechlorinated water.
+Feeding:
The rest was extra but heres what you asked for!
The diet depends on the species (you may want to research that!) but the majority are herbivores. Frozen and then thawed (so its squishy enough to feed) lettuce and spinach will suffice. Also very good quality flake fish food/crushed algae tablets might also work. Its even possible to find tadpole food in pond shops. Feed them small amounts a couple times a day (two or more) but don’t over feed. This can cause a host of problems including polluting your water with uneaten food.
+Handling:
Do not handle tadpoles. Their underdeveloped sensitive skin in very susceptible to chemicals, soap, and natural oil on your skin. Rinse your hands thoroughly before doing feeding/tank maintenance.
-Note: boiling spinach/lettuce causes a loss in nutrients.

Frogs are meat eaters, they eat bugs and worms. Frogs swallow their food whole.

I raised bullfrog tadpoles onetime and i fed them lettuce. but don’t feed the raw lettuce, boil it first then put it in a plastic bag and freeze it. then whenever you feed the tadpoles just take the lettuce out of the freezer and feed them. as for the adult frogs i don’t know what to feed them
