With the wet weather we have had in Northern California, the yards of myself and my neighbors have been invaded with frogs. These critters have ruined the quiet time during the night and have become quite a nuisance.
Many types of frogs in California are protected. I have a similar issue with frogs up here in Placerville.
For the most part, one has to just ignore them as they will go away when it stops raining.
You can contact http://www.nwf.org/frogwatchUSA/index.cfm and see if they have suggestions. They have a Sacramento chapter.

They MAY be attracted by whatever bugs are in your yard. MY advice is to find out what their food source is and eliminate it.

Utilize patience, it will only be a few weeks.
Perhaps focus instead on the benefit -they eat the things you REALLY don’t want.
Also, consider moving to a condo -then you will not have to deal with them.
