How many dwarf african aquatic frogs in a 10 gallon tank?

Right now I have two dwarf african frogs in a 10 gallon tank. They have several places to hide and soft plants with a filter to keep the water clean. I would like to add a few more frogs and would like to know how many more I could have and still have them be safe and happy.

in total you can have 6 as they don’t grow too big

  2. i keep them and frogs thrive in a species tank (meaning they are the only species in the tank) i keep some in a community tank aslo though.

id say in a 10gal tank youd be fine with about 10frogs, provided though that you kep the water quality high, they are amusing and adorable creatures but they aren’t half filthy little buggars hahaha

says 1 per gallon for ADF’s. I personally think that sounds like a lot, I think you’d be ok in adding 1 or 2 more assuming it’s a frog only tank.

  5. if nothing else..which is best as there personality really comes out with no fish.. i’d say 6…

they hang out and squabble and bit each others feet..it’s quite funny..

frozen blood worms is best food…

feed with a plastic eyedropper..straight to them and along the ground…

    good luck
