I know that it’s a gallon per frog but I think that ten frogs living together is just stupid, so what do you think is an alright number to keep together? I already have two little ones and I have (I think) figured out how to introduce new species (of fish) into their tank so I think I can use the same process when adding the new frogs.
P.S. I no longer keep fish with them. So the tank is pretty empty at the moment.
5 or 6 frogs will be plenty, but they might reproduce too much. To avoid this try to get all one gender. Boys are typical darker, more active and longer. Females are less active, paler, and when ready to breed are plumber. I have had two african dwarf frogs and they are so cool!

Dwarf Frogs get along extreamly well with others Dwarf frogs and you can keep as many of them together as you want. (Making sure that the more Frogs you have the bigger you bowl or tank is) However, African Dwarf Frogs do BEST in groups of 3-4.. and if other fish are living in the tank as well no more than 2.
