    they’re amphibians, not reptiles, which means that they constantly have to have damp skin, because they breathe through their skin and being wet helps them breathe. They are not particularly intelligent animals. go to http://www.enchantedlearning.com/coloring/amphibians.shtml

    Amphibians are like reptiles only they have no scales and they have moist skin. Some amphibians can live under water(newts).
