can i keep an emperor newt, 2 pygmy leaf chameleons, and poison dart frogs or fire belly toads in the same 29 gallon aquarium. i am planing on doin something like this. if not than can you give me suggestions?

    No you can’t for the simple reason is that you should never mix species of reptiles together. Someone is going to get hurt or eaten.

    No definitely not. They all come from very different parts of the world, need very different things. Even if they were all similar, you can’t keep different species together because each animal carries germs that aren’t harmful to other animals of the same species, but other species may not be immune to them and it can be harmful, possibly leading to the death of the other animals. And obviously there’s always that possibility that one will eat another.

    god i hope this is a joke, they all need different environments, some are toxic, its crying out STRESS and AGRESSION, there’s a good chance of disease/parasites running writhe. mixing isnt just a case of putting what u like together, it requires research experience with the species involved, quarantine, careful monitoring, a huge well planned and thought out enclosure, and even then there are still risks.

    i would seriously reconsider doing any mixing without the correct knowledge and hands on experience
