Why is my African Dwarf Frog laying upsidedown on the bottom of my tank?

I got a dwarf frog some weeks ago. I have been feeding it bloodworms. But today its been laying on its back. When i touched it with the net to see if it was dead it moved and swam away upside-down. Its been doing this all day. Why is this?

i might die soon, or its hibernating, or maybe it just sleepin

i have the same types of frogs and have had them for about four years now and they have never done that so i think they might be sick, you should try feeding it some fish food shrimp bits for fish and gray pellets that’s what ive been feeding mine and they are growing just fine. oh and when you clean its tank you have to put this stuff in it to clean the water i dont know what its called
